Historic day in the UK. The eyes of the whole world will be on Monday in London, where the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II will be held, who died on Thursday, September 8 after 70 years of reign. If the doors of Westminster Abbey open at 9am Paris time, this state funeral, the first to cross the Channel since Winston Churchill’s in 1965, will officially start at 12pm.
To make you experience this historic event, BFMTV offers you a special day: the channel’s teams will be mobilized in the British capital, with a total of 4:30 p.m. of broadcasts relocated. The religious ceremony will be broadcast on BFMTV and our site starting at noon.
If you want to experience the event in its original version, the BBC, the British public broadcaster, has created a dedicated broadcast on Youtube.
