Jackass director shoots a documentary on debauchery at Disney World

Walt Disney World is supposed to be the most magical place in the world. However, directors Joshua Bailey and Sam Fraser know that while most of what happens at Walt Disney World is truly magical, things can sometimes get dark and a little twisted. The duo found a kindred spirit donkey forever director Jeff Tremaine who will now produce kingdom stolena new documentary on the theft of precious animatronics from the station and on the 30 years of history that led to this event.

In 2019 they made headlines when a Former Walt Disney World cast member arrested for robbery of various resort accessories. Patrick Spikes ran a popular YouTube channel that consisted largely of videos of him going “behind the scenes” in areas of the parks where the public is not allowed. The thefts coincided with the disappearance of Buzzy, an animatronic of the long-dead but fondly remembered attraction Epcot Cranium Command. The race had been closed for years, but the pavilion it was in hadn’t been reused yet, so apparently the remnants of the race were sitting there collecting dust.

Buzzy’s disappearance was a big deal in theme park circles when she was discovered. It would have been the animatronic clothes sold to NBA star and famed Disney World fan Robin Lopez , who claimed not to know the items had been stolen. In February 2020, Patrick Spikes and his cousin Blaytin Taunton accepted a plea bargain and avoided jail in the case. They were required to pay compensation to Disney and Robin Lopez, among others, and were sentenced to community service. They have also been banned from Disney properties.

What exactly happened to Buzzy was never entirely clear. Many have speculated that Buzzy was stolen along with his clothes, but the animatronic itself, to our knowledge, has never been found. It has even been suggested that Buzzy was never stolen and it was simply lost from Disney World.

While the theft of a precious animatronic was the climax of the story, director Josh Bailey said Twitter follow the movie news of Term that there is a long history of what he called “debauchery” that ultimately led to Buzzy’s death, and the new documentary will be about it all.

One can imagine that Walt Disney World fans will be very interested in learning all the ins and outs of what has apparently happened at Disney World over the past 30 years. The details of the theft alone would have created a potentially compelling story, even for casual fans, considering it all took place in the world’s most popular vacation destination. It’s unclear if this new documentary will provide definitive answers to these questions, but fans will be watching to find out.
