“My head was trampled”: in the trial of P. Diddy, the testimony of his ex -partner Cassie

The singer, who was in a relationship with the rapper for ten years, testified to the helm, the second day of the debates. Cassie, who had filed a civil complaint for violence and violation against P. Diddy in the autumn of 2023, prosecution that had been resolved friendly, returned to the relationship to a large extent contaminated of physical and psychological violence.

Their complaint had allowed dozens of other women to release their words, and activate one of the most followed judgments in recent years. The second day of the debates in the trial of P. Diddy, the influential Magnate of Hip-Hop, his former partner, the singer Cassie, testified a relationship marked by sexual, physical and psychological violence.

Key witness of the accusation in the sexual traffic trial of P. Diddy, Cassie Ventura reported the beginning of his relationship with the rapper, who lasted “for just over 10 years.” In 2006, P. Diddy – Sean combs of her real name – kissed the young woman, who celebrated her 21 anniversary.

“Did you want to kiss on your birthday?” He asked about the Emily Johnson prosecutor. “No, not for my 21st birthday,” replied the singer, who remembered fled, crying.

“I didn’t feel that I say”

The one described at that time as “really lost”, a “young and new artist,” explained P. Diddy’s control in her and her career. “It was he who decided most of the decisions, even of all the decisions. I had a new album, I played it for him. It was he who chose what was going to follow for me,” said Cassie Ventura.

Sean combs decided “a large part of his life”, in his career and deciding his way of dressing. “And I didn’t have the impression of having my opinion, being very young, naive, listening totally people.”

The singer had filed a resounding civil complaint for violence and rape against P. Diddy in the autumn of 2023. Financing was immediately resolved in a friendly way, but were followed by dozens of other complaints of women and men for sexual violence against the hip-hop icon of the “East Coast” of the United States.

“He hit me in my head, threw me to the ground, dragged me”

Several months later, a video transmitted by CNN of images captured by a video surveillance camera in a hotel in Los Angeles, and the jurors reviewed in the courtroom, showed the rapper hitting the singer and dragging her to the ground. These episodes were far from occasional, as the singer said.

“He hit me in my head, threw me to the ground, dragged me, kicked me, turned my head if I was on the floor,” he recalls.

“Too often,” Cassie replied, when the prosecutor asked him how often P. Diddy was violent with her. The artist described his wounds, his bruises, his broken lips and his “blue throughout the body.”

The “Monsters” in the heart of the file

The heart of the accusation archive against P. Diddy are the “monsters”, the sexual marathons, in which the rapper is accused of having forced women to have sex with sex workers and he threatened to transmit the videos if they spoke.

“During the first year of our relationship, he proposed this idea, this sexual encounter that called voyeurism and during which I saw sex with a third party, more precisely with another man,” said Cassie Ventura, questioned the origin of these “monsters.”

The first time P. Diddy talked about the idea with Cassie, the latter remembers being surprised. But the rapper’s grip was stronger. “I also felt a feeling of responsibility. It was he who shared something like that with me. I was confused, nervous, but I liked it very much and wanted to make it happy,” he explained.

“I reached a point where I really did not feel that I had the option, I really didn’t know what ‘no’ could mean or what ‘I could not become,” he added, explaining that these “monsters” could last, 36, 48 or 72.

“The ‘Monsters’ became a job, where there was no room to do more than recover and try to feel normal again,” he said.

Sex blackmail

The singer said that she also faced the “blackmail” of Sean combs, who was in possession of compromising documents on her, especially of a sexual nature. “Sean is a very polarized person, but also very lovely, so it is difficult to decide at that time what you need when he tells you what he wants.”

A Court for Traffic for the purpose of sexual exploitation, transport of persons for prostitution, as well as acts of kidnapping, corruption and violence grouped under the accusation of criminal companies, Sean combs incurred life.
