This Friday afternoon the All Saints’ Day holidays will begin in France, until Monday, November 6. The French will therefore be more numerous than usual on the road: Bison Futé announces an orange day on the Ile-de-France in the direction of the exits.

More generally, traffic is likely to be heavy on departures from large cities in the mid-afternoon and early evening, with the combination of normally heavy traffic on Friday nights and these departures on holidays and during the week. -end.

In the Paris region, from mid-afternoon onwards, Bison Futé expects quite heavy traffic, especially on the A10 and A6 motorways, on the ring road and on the A86 motorway.

A green classified weekend

The rest of the weekend will be much quieter. Whether in the direction of departure or even more so in the direction of return, Saturday and Sunday are classified as green by the traffic forecast organization in France.

Please note that the situation promises to be more complicated next weekend, with an orange Friday throughout the country and red in Ile-de-France. Many French people seem to have chosen to leave during the second week, allowing them to benefit from Wednesday, November 1, a public holiday.
