The Flins “Refactory” is the symbol factory of the group’s ambitions in the circular economy. Of the 1,938 employees, “more than 90%” are now dedicated to vehicle reconditioning, while the plant has been dedicated to automobile assembly since 1952.
During an extraordinary social and economic committee on Tuesday, Renault announced a hiring plan for 150 people “with permanent contracts over the next three years,” according to the statement. These permanent contracts “concern both operators and field managers and engineers. Their objective is to strengthen capabilities to prepare for the future and the arrival of new activities.
