The union representative of the South at the Stellantis factory in Poissy warns about the working conditions of the employees, although we know that the remuneration of its director could reach 36.5 million euros.
“His salary is the deterioration of our working conditions,” Marc Darsy said at the BFMTV microphone, regarding the remuneration of the CEO of Stellantis, voted on by shareholders this Tuesday, April 16.
This deterioration “was confirmed by the reports of occupational doctors,” says the union member. He even believes the situation is getting worse: “It has gotten worse from year to year.”
“Even young temporary workers can’t keep up”
“The last occupational doctor whose report I consulted even said that even young temporary workers (…) can no longer keep up,” says the union delegate from the South.
He accuses the company, in particular, of “refusing permits supposedly because it does not have enough staff.” He also denounces organizational changes: “They keep dragging us from one workshop to another.”
