Holiday outings: this Friday classified in red on the roads of the Ile-de-France

If school holidays do not officially start until July 6, some will leave this weekend. This will make traffic difficult on Friday in Ile-de-France.

This Friday, June 28, is classified as red for departures in the Ile-de-France region, warns Bison Futé. If the school holidays do not officially begin until the evening of Friday, July 5, the first holiday departures will take place this Friday. To these departures must be added weekend departures, which are expected to be sunny.

A10, A6, A86 loaded this Friday

“When leaving Ile-de-France, traffic will be intense towards the tolls on the A10 and A6 motorways from late in the morning. The ring road, as well as the A86 and A6b motorways will also be affected by these difficulties, “warns Bison Futé in its press release. The organization advises, in particular, to leave the Paris region before noon.

Traffic will be intense throughout the country, with departures classified in orange for this Friday. Therefore, Bison Futé advises avoiding:

  • on the A25 motorway, between Lille and Socx, from 3 to 7 p.m.,
  • on the A63 motorway, between Bordeaux and Bayonne, from 3 to 8 p.m.,
  • the A7 motorway, between Lyon and Marseille, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.,
  • on the A8 motorway, between Coudoux and Nice, from 3 to 7 p.m.
  • on the A50 motorway, between Marseille and Toulon, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  • via the A57 motorway, between Toulon and Le Luc, from 4 to 7 p.m., avoid the Mont-Blanc tunnel (N205), between France and Italy, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

A Saturday classified orange for departures in Ile-de-France

The rest of the weekend will be quieter, but Saturday 29 June remains classified as orange for departures in the Ile-de-France region and the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region.

Bison Futé is expecting heavy traffic towards the A10 and A6 motorway toll booths from late morning. The A10 motorway will be particularly affected by the exits, the organisers warn, as well as the A13 motorway towards Normandy.

On the other side of the country, the A7, A75 and N205 motorways will be the busiest throughout the day.

This Sunday, June 30, it is classified in orange towards the returns to Ile-de-France and the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region.
