The supreme administrative court of France annuls the government decree repealing the technical control of motorized two-wheelers and intends to enforce the technical control of motorized two-wheelers without delay.
The Council of State restored this Monday the technical control of two-wheeled vehicles, whose application was scheduled for early 2023 before its cancellation by the Government.
“The decision made by the government on July 25, to reverse the application of technical control to +vehicles+ that it had initially decided in August 2021, is illegal,” the highest administrative court estimated in a press release.
