A fine of 135 euros and three permit points of less: this is what will cost 109 motorists who filmed or photographed with their phone a truck overturned on the A7 highway in Drôme, said the Gendarmerie this Friday, June 6.
The vehicles of these indelidated drivers, who often help worsen traffic jams in these circumstances, were not arrested, but the crime was “visually” on Thursday by the soldiers occupied to ensure heavyweight lifting operations, explained Captain Stéphane Albano, second in the squadron of the Departmental Highway (EDSR).

Sanctioned drivers, not passengers
