In a few words, can you define the activity of Polyrisk?
Polyrisk today focuses on two main activities: one dedicated to business leaders and the other to local authorities.
As for business leaders, we carry out executive mentoring missions: it is a hybrid system that is neither business management nor executive coaching. Our goal is rather to support the business manager in his daily missions to fight burnout. We then focus on the person as such before even accompanying the role of leader.
We first start by conducting a burnout assessment using our internally developed tool. Following which we carry out an audit of the company on risk management notions, or to address specific difficulties referred to us by the company manager, such as retirement preparation, insurance analysis, or for issues related to the management of the company in a more general way.
What about the communities?
For local authorities, we mainly offer a crisis management approach. With climate change and the increased responsibilities of local elected officials, they are regularly faced with extremely complex situations to manage.
We have launched a crisis management simulator with the Ecole des Mines de Saint-Étienne to train local elected officials and enable them to better understand them, in particular by creating crisis cells to anticipate different situations.
So, the idea is to provide tailor-made experience according to the needs of each partner?
In fact, the goal is to provide a personalized experience, for the good of your activity, but above all for your personal well-being. Today, most of the business leaders who contact us do not come to improve the economic performance of their company, but to find more serenity in their daily lives; learning, in particular, to better reconcile personal and professional life.
What are the characteristics of the customers you serve on a daily basis?
We mainly target SMEs, as well as small and medium-sized municipalities. All of these actors very often have more limited means in terms of human resources or skills; hence the need and our desire to help them. Our headquarters are in Picardy, but we can operate throughout France.
What are the main challenges for you and your clients in the coming months?
Whether business leaders or local elected officials, these two populations tend to rejuvenate. Therefore, the digital tool is better mastered overall. However, there are still some shortcomings in the full use of these new digital tools. Therefore, our goal will be to continue supporting each actor through a fun and intuitive approach to the proper use of these tools.
In the coming days, we will also be launching a mobile app and website dedicated to business leaders. These two tools are developed with the aim of offering a first start in accompaniment. Managers will thus be able to access various ways to improve their well-being, at the same time that they will benefit from multimedia content on health and behaviors to adopt to optimize their management of work time and their organization.
Finally, my partner and I continue to support “Blue Ocean”. The objective was to be able to learn to think differently, being able to subsequently transpose and democratize this approach to as many people as possible.
