With a Masters in Management from the University of Minto, where he graduated in Psychology, the new administrator also completed a Post-Graduation in Labor Law. Paulo de Lima Carvalho also completed an MBA from Porto Business School, with specializations in “General and Strategic Management” and “Finance”. Its curriculum also includes completion of the International Executive Program: “Leadership in a Global World” developed by the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas, and the International Executive Program “China Start” developed by CKGSB – Cheung Kong Graduate School or Doing business between the Chinese cities of Shanghai and Shenzhen.
In the biographical note sent in a statement from the company headed by Marco Galinha, it can also be read that Paulo de Lima Carvalho “began his professional experience in 2005 and until 2013 took on various coordinating functions in the field of Human Resources , business development and internationalization. He also held advisory positions for international business development in various markets, support for the internationalization of companies and direct investment”.
