The Paris Commercial Court this Friday sentenced Ceetrus, Auchan’s real estate company, to pay more than 47 million euros to SNCF in the framework of one of the disputes between both companies since SNCF dissolved the contract to modernize two years ago. the Gare du Nord. which he celebrated with Ceetrus.
The real estate company, converted into New Immo Holding, must pay the SNCF the “autonomous guarantee on first demand”, in the amount of 47 million euros, plus interest, according to the ruling consulted by AFP. “Reinforced by this first favorable decision,” the SNCF “intends to continue the ongoing proceedings before the administrative court to obtain compensation of 300 million euros from Ceetrus,” it indicated.
