The alliance formed by car manufacturers Renault, Nissan and Mitsubishi is evolving towards a more efficient, more agile and project-oriented cooperation, the French group announced on Tuesday.
This organization will evolve towards the end of the year from a globally standardized model towards project-oriented cooperation to enable faster and more agile decisions, Renault said in a statement. The alliance’s purchasing organization will evolve into separate organizations focused on a project-by-project approach, he added.
