The president of Atos, Bertrand Meunier, has resigned and the completion of the controversial sale project to Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky is postponed until “the beginning of the second quarter of 2024”, the IT group announced on Monday.
Bertrand Meunier is replaced by Jean-Pierre Mustier. In recent months, it has been the subject of intense criticism from small shareholders and elected officials, due to the proposed sale of historical outsourcing activities (IT park maintenance) to Daniel Kretinsky.
