Emmanuel Macron, traveling this Tuesday to the Boulazac printing press (Dordogne), inaugurated the new face of the “Marianne” stamps together with the general director of the La Poste group, Philippe Wahl.
Marketed from November 13, this new stamp decorated with Marianne’s face turned to the right was selected by Emmanuel and Brigitte Macron. It is the work of graphic designer Olivier Balez, who was one of the fifteen artists who proposed his original creations to embody the new Marianne.
For Philippe Wahl, “this Marianne is a sign of the times and a call to continue and always reinforce our commitments, together with all French people and economic and social actors, acting for ecological transformation and guaranteeing our public service missions throughout the country”.
