A few days after a day of interprofessional mobilization in a context of persistent inflation, Marine Le Pen called this Sunday for the organization of a “great conference on wages” to avoid situations of blockages such as in TotalEnergies.
“What I ask is that there is a great conference on salaries. That we take seriously this problem of low wages in our country, which is aggravated by the inflation we are experiencing, and not just the inflation of prices at gas stations,” the head of the RN deputies in the National Assembly told BFM Politique. , before criticizing the government for not having “anticipated anything”.
Raise wages without raising fees
The former presidential candidate also reiterated his proposal to offer companies to increase “their employees by 10% to triple the Smic” in exchange for a fee waiver for this revaluation.
Among other measures to protect the purchasing power of the French, Marine Le Pen urged the Government to “extend” the reduction of 30 cents on fuel and reduce VAT on energy (electricity, gas, fuel, etc.) from 20 to 5%. She also criticized the executive for having “nothing planned” to help the French in the face of “continuous food inflation.”
