More than 10 years of professional training experience
Founded in 2019 by Linda Noschese and Marc Chekroun, Upperway Group brings together three training organizations: Waystage, UpperLevel and BtoDeal Formation. Although the group was created almost four years ago, with the aim of consolidating the different brands and bringing employees closer together, it actually incorporates a training organization that is more than 10 years old.
Each entity has a business vocation and therefore offers specific training, aimed at facilitating professional insertion, the development of skills and the creation of companies. The group is also CléA accredited, allowing it to support employees or job seekers without a diploma who wish to deepen the basics of their knowledge.
The group’s three training organizations are Qualiopi certified, a mandatory seal of quality since January 1, 2022 for all providers of training actions in France. As such, training can be financed by the CPF (personal training account) or through an OPCO (a state-approved skills operator). They are aimed at job seekers, self-employed managers, employees and entrepreneurs.
Business-oriented training to enhance all career paths.
Dedicated to digital tools, Waystage is dedicated to training in office automation or Web & Design. UpperLevel is oriented towards language learning, always in a business logic, with the aim of a lasting projection in working life. Thus, trainees can follow Business English, FLE (French as a Foreign Language) and LSF (French Sign Language) courses. As for BtoDeal Formation, its training is business and management oriented and it is also authorized for skills assessments and VAE.
A real support for their training, the group also offers all students access to Monitoring. It is an online platform for both administrative and educational purposes, which respects the confidentiality of personal data and centralizes all courses and information. The tool is also available in app format for smartphones.
The DNA of the group is to offer face-to-face training (inter- and intra-company, depending on the needs) at its facilities located near Porte de Bercy in Charenton-le-Pont (94). Despite everything, employees have been operating for a long time to adapt to distance education, a solution that has become necessary during confinement.
A new project focused on the energy transition
With 10 employees today and a turnover of 3 million euros, the group continues to grow.
Driven by the challenge, the main topics that allow trainees to be in constant evolution and to be as close as possible to current events, the founders wanted to create a new training organization oriented, this time, towards the booming market that is the energy transition. . In a few months, GTA (Green Target Academy) will officially become the fourth pillar of the Upperway Group. Students will be able to develop and refine their knowledge of energy efficiency, renovation and performance.
And to go further, Upperway Group partnered with Elysia Formation to obtain the registration of one of its training courses as a level 5 diploma recognized by the RNCP (Bac +2 equivalent).
