Totalenergies: which sites are still on strike?

While the strike is renewed at the Gonfreville site in Normandy, it is rising in Donges, announces the CGT.

This Wednesday, October 19, 21.9% of service stations were still in difficulty at the national level (compared to 24.8% on Tuesday 18 and 28.1% on Monday 17). But the situation should improve further as strikes at certain Totalenergies refineries are lifted and thanks to requisitions.

• Donges: raised strike

The refinery’s CGT secretary, Fabien Privé Saint-Lanne, said he found “the expected expansion (of the social movement, editor’s note) was not there” and decided to end the strike “properly.”

“Responsibly and conscientiously, the end of the strike was announced for operational personnel as of 1:00 p.m. and for daytime personnel as of 5:00 p.m.,” he told the press at the end of a general assembly.

• Gonfreville: the strike continues

At the end of a general assembly that brought together several dozen workers, the strike was renewed this Wednesday afternoon “after a very large majority of votes,” the general secretary of the CGT’s Normandy platform, Alexis Antonioli, told AFP.

• Feyzin: sustained strike but requisitions

New requests for staff Feyzin Refinery (Rhône) will take place this Wednesday, starting at 6 in the morning, according to information from BFM Lyon in order to unlock the deposits. The refinery is closed for technical reasons.

• Flanders: the strike continues

Employees were also searched at the warehouse. The administrative court of Lille, summarily seized by the CGT, validated this requirement.

• La Mède: maintenance of the strike
