What is the concept of timeshare executives proposed by Right Arm of Leaders?

A timeshare outsourced executive is an expert executive who works in companies, with a contract to provide services, from half a day to a day and half a week depending on the needs, during long operational missions, for a minimum period of six months. and possibly for several years.

We currently have 140 managers in France and 8 in Spain, in six professions: commercial management, HR management, financial management, general management, marketing and digital communication management, and development and management of franchise networks. All of our executives are franchisees of the Right Arm of Managers network. We provide them with skills in selling missions, product marketing, individual support in launching their activity and also individual follow-up. We also allow them to find a working group thanks to the activities offered in each business network. Finally, they can also benefit from real external communication, on social networks and through media plans, particularly TV and radio.

What does this approach bring to companies?

The concept was first created for small businesses, which typically don’t have executives. There is a need, but not enough, to hire a full-time manager. The timeshare approach is therefore the solution for these VSEs to integrate long-term managers. Today, 50% of our clients are VSE.

We also have more and more SMEs, as a result of Covid. They would have the means to hire full-time executives, but they need flexibility. Instead of hiring a full-time CFO and asking him or her to take on another role that he or she is less proficient in, the timeshare solution allows for more experience to be integrated and a more precise response to needs. This is how we have more and more client companies in which two or three network executives are present.

This approach also creates jobs: for managers who return to employment in this way, and for companies that find thanks to them a phase of development, synonymous with job creation.

How does this constitute a new form of contracting?

Nowadays, companies find it difficult to recruit executives in many sectors. As a result of COVID, the cards have been shuffled, today executives are increasingly looking for more meaning in their work, they need to be part of a real business project with a very operational dimension of their work. With this approach timeshare managers rediscover this “field” dimension in close proximity to managers and their teams. For their part, managers find themselves with simplified and accelerated hiring processes. The more flexible contractual mechanism helps companies to commit more quickly. And many times, companies renew service contracts, convinced of the advantages of the model.

What are your growth prospects?

We integrate 3 to 5 executives every month and we hope to double the network in two or three years. This requires us to hire, invest in tools, and even consider external growth projects. Therefore, we plan to raise funds in early 2023 to finance and control this growth.
