While large French companies remain the dream of young graduates, the reversal of the balance of power slightly changes the expectations of these future employees.
Thus, according to the results of the 10th edition of the Awards* for the favorite companies of students and young graduates, produced by Harris Interactive and Epoka in partnership with the student, “Salary is for the first time in 10 years of study by far the first criterion for choosing a company. Meaning ranks second and CSR far behind”.
In addition, “teleworking is now an “acquired right” with little differentiation in the choice of companies. The balance between personal and professional life must go hand in hand with well-being at work: interesting missions, benevolent management, ambitious career and training plan”, we can read. “The balance of power is clearly on the side of the candidate”, underlines the study.
