According to the latest Cadremploi* barometer carried out by Ifop, the majority of executives want to stay in their company (51% compared to 47% in the previous study), while 38% say they are open to opportunities and only 5% say they are Active job search.

After teleworking, the organization of schedules

However, executives are increasingly pressing their organizations for greater flexibility in their schedules. They even favor the 4-day week, without loss of salary (65%); a system that remains very marginal within companies at the moment. Only 16% are considering implementing it or have already implemented it, according to the study.

But managers want to go further with the adaptation of time slots expected by 52% of those surveyed (measure in progress or under study in 57% of cases) and teleworking (cited by 49% of those surveyed and in walking or studying in 82%). of the cases).

The desire to move is still quite strong. Just like last March, 1 in 4 managers say she has moved in the last two years.

Bordeaux, Nantes and Lyon attract

For those planning to leave, Bordeaux, Paris, Lyon and Nantes are mentioned for working there and Bordeaux, Montpellier, Lyon and Nantes for living there.

Among the large cities (more than 100,000 inhabitants, excluding metropolitan areas and the Parisian agglomeration), the podium of cities to work is made up of Aix-en-Provence, Annecy, Nîmes and Tours, while the cities to live are Aix-en -Provence.-Provence, Annecy, Perpignan and Tours.

The search for a better living environment is by far the main reason cited for moving (54%) well ahead of a career opportunity (28%). At the same time, there are also many fears: 34% are afraid of not finding a job and 26% of losing their salary. Finally, 29% are afraid of regretting their choice.
