China reaffirmed on Saturday does not carry out any commercial negotiation with the United States, denying the comments of the president of the United States, Donald Trump, published on Friday.
“There have been no consultations or negotiations between China and the United States on customs service issues, and even less agreement,” the Chinese embassy told Washington in a statement published on Wechat messages.
The American statement that a dialogue is being made on customs tasks are “misleading”, Chinese diplomacy still underlines.
“If the United States really wants to solve the problem through dialogue, you must first correct its mistakes, stop threatening and pressing others and completely eliminating all unilateral tariff measures taken against China,” said the press release.

In an interview published Friday by Time magazine, Donald Trump said discussions were being made between the two countries to try to reach an agreement, and hinted that the process could lead in the coming weeks.
He also said he had talked to his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping on the phone, without specifying what date or content of the conversation.
