Towards a dematerialization of restaurant titles

Consequently, restaurant title emitters “must anticipate that they no longer have paper stocks on January 1, 2027,” warned the minister in the columns of the same newspaper.

The perimeter of the restaurant security system has aroused criticism of many catering professionals for several months, who consider that the use of restaurant titles in supermarkets is a “deviation” from the principle of restaurant titles.

During the last extension of the system, in January, the UMIH, the main professional organization in the hotel and the catering denounced a “bad blow to the restorers.”

A suggested double roof for professionals

Among the tracks suggested by restoration professionals: the establishment of a double roof, higher for restoration than in great distribution.
