The European Union wants to freeze certain funds for the first time of an envelope provided for Ukraine waiting for more kyiv reforms, Brussels announced on Tuesday, July 29.

The help paid by the Commission in kyiv is conditioned to the implementation of certain reforms, linked to the respect of the rule of law.
Delay in Ukrainian anti -corruption reforms
Among the various AIDS, an envelope of 4.5 billion euros was planned against the establishment of 16 reforms.
