The beneficiaries of the restaurant titles should be able to use all their balance in the restaurants at the same time, the president of the French Masters Restaurants Association begged on Monday, asking on the other hand to maintain the daily roof in the supermarkets, while the system is in full reform.
“Fully releases the ceiling for restaurants. That is, with teleworking, with many things that have changed, there are 5.5 million consumers of restaurant titles that have value restaurant reserves,” said Alain Fontaine, president of the French Association of Master Restaurants (AFMR), in TF1.
The reform of restaurant titles, transported by the Minister of Commerce and SMEs Véronique Louwagie, perpetuates its use to make food careers, which arouses the anger of professionals in the catering sector. The minister is based on a request “in the fall of 2025 or in the spring of 2026”.
There is no double roof
The track of a double roof of use, higher in restaurants than in large retailers, has been abandoned, to disgust from the organizations of employer restorers, which require a reintroduction of this measure. “I do not ask that because the title restaurant must evolve absolutely,” said Alain Fontaine, interviewed on this point.
The possibility of doing all their food purchases with these titles (except alcohol, confectionery, children’s products and animal foods), and only the articles ready to obtain, a temporary device released in 2022 and extends every year, will be perpetuated since 2027. The Government affirms the popularity of this possibility with employees as a change in consumption modes, between telequillas and foods that are presented to work.
The restorers of the organization of the first UMIH employers in the sector, and the GHR evaluate their deficit at 1.5 billion euros from the extension of the system to make all the careers.
