Can you present your business in a few words, as well as in the field of the activity in which he exercises?
We are a software editor specialized in electronic billing in France and in the world, in other words, a company that specializes in “electronic invocation” and “reports electronic” on behalf of our clients who are also software editors with an electronic invoice brick at least.
Iopole was created in 2022 by 4 members who work for many years in dematerialization and today with the commitment of our clients, we are now a team of 15 people who will continue to grow in the coming months and years. The vast majority (more than 2 thirds), the team consists of technical profiles (developers, devotees, testers, infra).
Who are the customers of your company today and what bring your technologies specifically?
Software editors: ERP, CRM, cash register, GED, P2P (Purchase), O2C (cash order), management software, accounting software, etc., which offers billing service, either purchases, sales or both.
We offer them a complete API integration, either in the gray brand, or on the white label, to comply with the different regulations (French, Belgian, Dutch, Spanish, etc.) and administer the interoperability of the flows between the different actors (suppliers, clients, editors, editors, states, etc.).
Our technology allows these editors to integrate an electronic billing service according to the regulations in force in the countries where they operate.
What are the current challenges today and what do you think to answer them?
The main problem for our clients, business software editors, is to comply with French regulation in electronic billing, on behalf of companies that use their solutions, as quickly as possible before the entry into force of the reform in September 2026.
Our clients have a very strong objective: to reassure their customers to be PDP (in White Marque) or calling our PDP (in the Gray brand). In the first case, they are accompanied towards the presentation of archives with the public administration, by providing the necessary elements of the technical archive and, in the other case, we continue in an almost identical technical integration with our API, but the approach is rather in communication through webinaries or press releases.
Then, the approach focuses on the technical part with the administration of the project by our dedicated team and today the first topic discussed is the registration of customers of the users in the French directory. We offer you a connectable API solution, which allows them to issue, receive, declare, file and sign the invoices in full compliance, on behalf of their customers. Our advantage over competition is to offer a solution to these editors that do not require a significant change of financial system or another for their customers.
Can your solution all in one and electronic information adapt to the commercial needs of each client?
We ensure the transmission of invoices and their compliance, without limiting ourselves to a specific sector of activity. Our solution adapts to all offices and types of uses, whatever the verticality of our clients: construction, cinema, cultural, etc. With each implementation of our solution, we begin the part of the project through an exact assignment of needs and cases to be discussed. Thanks to the combination of the experience of our founders, the use of open source in the cloud of the last generation and our agnostic approach for the surrounding ecosystem, we have fulfilled to date in any case that our equipment has been able to treat.
What will be your next news?
The electronic invocation solution is implemented in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Many other countries will continue in Europe, Middle East, Asia and America. We have just crossed the limit of 70 million annual invoices involved by our clients.
