In exchange for employers, it is also suggested to apply a day of public deficiency, that is, nor compensated by health insurance or by the company, as in the public service.
There are no studies on the effect of deficiency duration for ten years
These measures were included this summer by the Minister of Labor of the Government of Resignation, Astrid Panosyan-Bouvet, who presented them in work documents transmitted at the end of July to the social partners. But employers and unions are far from being connected to the problem. If bosses hope to reduce absenteeism in companies lengthening and/or compensating less illness license, unions are convinced otherwise. The problem is that few recent studies allow to decide the debate.
In public service, insurance reports report that stops are less frequent, but longer.
