Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCPE) on Friday announced an investment of 68 million euros in its factory in Socx, near Dunkerk (North), to install a new production line dedicated to unbridled drinks, such as ice cream.
The start -up is scheduled by the end of 2026 and will lead to the creation of 50 jobs, carrying the workforce of 470 to around 520 people, according to a press release from the group. This project, which will bring the total number of factory production lines, also includes the construction of a new syrup and the modernization of several equipment, specifies CCPE.

It will also be the third line of the site dedicated to flat drinks, such as foam tea icy tea, tropic juices and energy drinks from Powerade. The SOCX site, which bottles ten different brands, produces glass and plastic bottles, as well as aluminum cans.
According to CCEP, 95% of drinks that group markets in France are manufactured in France, and 100% of the sugar used comes from French farmers, sugar beets, mainly in northern France.
