Can you tell us more about the main business divisions that make up the Stelliant Group?

The Stelliant Group has specialized for many years in insurance services; In this area we cover the entire value chain. Our turnover, which is growing strongly, is already close to 350 million euros.

Our experience is divided into four main businesses, firstly the experience part that represents the historical activity of our group. This division covers a very broad spectrum, ranging from water damage in a private home, through theft in a building, to very technical specialties in business risk.

At the same time, we have wanted to develop other services that complement this historical business, and that allow us to offer our clients complementary or global offers. Thus, we have developed an entire customer relationship and delegation activity, which allows us, in particular, to manage claims for certain insurance clients, but also to carry out sales and after-sales. The third area of ​​activity consists in covering all tasks related to repair and decontamination, with numerous interventions on the spot, be it for leak detection by a plumber, repair or maintenance work.

Finally, the fourth line of business that the Stelliant Group covers refers to engineering with advice and prevention, where we work with various specialists who can contribute their experience according to the specific problem of each client.

Is the objective therefore to provide a personalized solution according to the problem of each client?

In fact, depending on the client’s needs, we can offer expertise, operational solutions, engineering solutions, but also solutions in terms of customer relations; Or all at once! Our desire is, therefore, to offer a specific turnkey solution, with a wide range of responses according to the specific needs of each of our clients. The objective is to make available a toolbox that allows assembling solutions. For several months now, many clients have turned to our experience in an emergency or crisis situation to manage a complex situation.

In general, what are the values ​​of the Stelliant Group?

Above all, our business divisions are really focused on people and skills; Our group’s 3,000 employees develop a highly technical approach to advise and support all our customers as closely as possible to their needs.

The other important element is our ability to make people work together. The DNA of our group is therefore based on human capacity in a broad sense, and that capacity to be able to carry out projects.

What challenges do you face in your different jobs?

The first challenge is to offer a coherent whole to our clients, providing them with quality services. The second topic currently revolves around recruitment: every year we recruit 200-300 people and train them so they can quickly improve their skills.

We now want to continue developing all of the professions we cover, while developing their cross-functionality. Our goal is also to explore and accelerate our approaches related to new professions, whether around research, consulting or engineering.
