The SNCF specified that the change and return of tickets will be free. An exceptional compensation of 200% has also been established for anyone whose TGV Inoui, Ouigo or Intercité train scheduled between December 23 and 26 is cancelled.
“If you have canceled your trip and your ticket has already been 100% refunded, you will be able to get compensation for 200% of your ticket,” the company also said in a press release. A compensation that also applies to those who have exchanged their trip. To do this, travelers are invited to fill in a form, published on the SNCF website on Thursday afternoon.
