San Marina enters into forced liquidation

After a suspension of payments in September and the definitive closure of its stores last Saturday, the footwear brand is now in liquidation.

As expected, the liquidation of San Marina is recorded. The footwear brand was placed in forced liquidation this Monday, February 20 by the Commercial Court of Marseille.

The brand’s 163 or so stores closed their doors for good on Saturday, leaving more than 600 employees on the floor.

The group had requested its suspension of payments last September, explaining suffering the consequences of a court decision which forced him to pay the rent for the year 2020, while the country was confined and the stores closed due to the health crisis.
