Olivier Dussopt promises a revaluation for “1.8 million retirees” in September
In an interview with Le Parisien, Labor Minister Olivier Dussopt defended a “more just reform.” “This reform is necessary and urgent for the balance of the system in 2030”, he insists.
In his argument, the minister says that “almost 1.8 million current retirees will see their pension increased in September. This will rise to 100 euros a month (…) This does not enrich them. But it’s a substantial effort, it never materialized despite commitments over 20 years.”
