Who is PROCSI?
Good morning ! We are Hervé Cimadomo and Jean-Marie Knoepfli, leaders of PROCSI. In 2016, we decided to pool our skills and experience to implement innovative solutions both in the field of IT services and in the field of voice over IP infrastructures thanks to our complementary experience.
Today the Information System (SI) is the heart of the company. This information system integrates various technologies, installed locally or in the cloud, interoperable with each other and a failure or malfunction is enough to lose direct (internal) or indirect (customer) productivity. The strong IT-telephony link further increases this risk for telephony, which was previously independent of IT.
In this approach, PROCSI accompanies VSEs/SMEs in the form of expertise, consultancy, projects and operation with support and maintenance in operational conditions. The field of voice over IP and the contact center is carried out as ACTIS France.
We have a team of experienced professionals based in Voiron (in Isère) and in the Paris region.

PROCSI offers services ranging from consulting to operation. For this reason, we do not remain in the advice: we are committed to the result and the quality of the operation.
In this sense, PROCSI offers several complementary IT services:
Firstly, assistance with project management, for example “Outsource or not your Information System”, “Defining your disaster recovery plan”, “Software change for economic or functional reasons”, “Define or change your ticketing tool (GLPI)”. Then assistance with project management in the form of infrastructure projects or software projects, for example “Renewing your servers, your fleet of PCs”, “Deploy antivirus”, “Lead a project”.
Finally, we offer infrastructure-oriented (MCO) or user-oriented (outsourcing) operational services. We integrate into these services the management of rights/authorizations in accordance with the GDPR, cybersecurity, the backup plan, the business recovery plan. We record architecture file (DAT), operational file (DEX), backup plan (PS), disaster recovery plan (PRA), network consignment, data authorization management, applications, collaboration, licences, etc.
Other specific services?
Yes, PROCSI integrates specific software solutions, in particular the Energy Management System (EMS) software in partnership with Greenever, GLPI, accounting software such as EBP, CIEL and also CC4teams.
What about unified communication?
In the next 5 years, all companies and telecommunication service providers will have migrated their infrastructures to unified communications cloud solutions and will use voice over IP and SIP trunks as their medium.
Actis France assists its customers and partners in the deployment of their communication infrastructure, its configuration to guarantee the interoperability of equipment and software between operators, PABX, systems and applications that use different standards and protocols.
We have proven ourselves in recent years as specialists in AudioCodes SBC (Sessions Boarder Controller) and Gateway, Microsoft Teams voice environment and CC4Teams contact center solutions.

We offer these services in Europe with a qualified team of professionals. With ACTIS NL (Netherlands), we support our partners and their users 24 hours a day.
Beyond distribution, Actis FR offers consulting, experience and configuration services for distributed products, project management and contracting services, support for distributed products level 1 and level 2, 9×5 days worked in French and 24/24 in English , training, which can go as in terms of certification, maintenance in operating conditions.
We deploy, install, support and ensure the maintenance in operational conditions of all AUDIOCODES products (SBC, OVOC, ARM, SmartApp360, VOCA and CC4ALL (CC4Teams).

Who are our telecommunications partners?
Our two main partners are AudioCodes, which supplies equipment and software for voice over IP network infrastructures for telephony operators, enterprises and integrators, and CC4All, which supplies dedicated Teams contact centers and is a Microsoft partner in this field.

Tell us about audio codes
AudioCodes enables enterprises and service providers to build and operate all-IP voice and video networks to build network infrastructure, unified communications solutions, either in the cloud or on their customers’ premises. AudioCodes is a leader in this market with a worldwide presence.
SBCs (Session and Edge Controller) / gateways provide enhanced security and voice quality assurance for any voice communication environment. The range of platforms includes cloud-native virtualized appliances and SBCs for enterprises and service providers. SBCs are also available as a service through the AudioCodes Live wallet.
OVOC is a monitoring platform for SBC and AudioCodes equipment and Jabra phones/headsets. It displays for each call the voice quality and call signaling and records the history.
The ARM, routing server, centralizes call routing in a multi-site core network to determine optimal routes based on network quality and equipment availability.
SmartApp360 is a voice communications recording solution.
What about CC4ALL?
Today, many companies work with Microsoft solutions such as Teams, Dynamics or Skype for Business. Managing customer contact professionally in this environment is not easy. Actis is an integrator of CC4ALL, a complete contact center solution.
CC4ALL offers rich contact center functionality in a TEAMS environment, with ACD features like skills-based routing, dynamic queuing, IVR, and more. as well as administration functions with real-time reports, call flow graphical editor, etc. Operator and manager/secretary functionality are also available. Seamless integration with Teams, Dynamics adds optimal call routing capabilities to the most available and knowledgeable agents about a specific product or service.
The CC4ALL solution optimizes customer relationship and communications costs.
What about security in telecommunications?
We are in technological surveillance in the telecommunications market to find partners that offer technological products with high added value.
In the field of fraud, for example, the telecommunications legislation is changing for greater protection. Arcep and ANFR have implemented regulations on the management of the national numbering plan with the recommendation to use the Stir/Shaken protocol for SIP voice over IP signaling.
