Support the skills development of pharmacies

With more than 15,000 jobs in pharmacies out of the 120,000 jobs in the sector, Healthy Group today offers numerous training courses covering all professions present in pharmacies. To address this shortage, the group also created in 2019 the first preparatory apprentice school, but also the first pharmacist academy.

A fast growing group

Through this high level of expertise, Healthy Group is experiencing growth of 15% per year, with around fifty new pharmacies joining the Aprium pharmacy network each year.

The company currently generates 1,500 million in billing, which places it in 43rd place nationwide, all brands together.

With more than 60 million customers received each year at the Aprium pharmacy counter, Healthy Group has quickly established itself as a leader in integrated service platforms for pharmacies in France. The goal now is for the company to continue supporting pharmacists in the digital and regulatory transformation of their profession.
