Go Sport: the decision on the acquisition of the brand postponed to mid-April

The commercial court of Grenoble has decided to postpone the hearing on the fate of the bankrupt sporting goods specialist Go Sport.

The fate of Go Sport will not be decided this Wednesday. The Grenoble commercial court decided to postpone the case until April 18.

The Court justifies its decision on the need to take the time to “appoint a judicial expert” to investigate the group’s treasury.

The court also orders the referral of the case to “examine the advisability of adopting a recovery plan on April 18 at 9:30 a.m. or the adoption of a disposition plan on April 18 at 2:00 p.m.”

The observation period is maintained until July 19, 2023, so the poster will remain open, at least until this date.
