SNCF Voyageurs advises travelers that they can cancel or postpone their trips scheduled for Tuesday, even if the announced interruptions will be less significant than during the previous interprofessional day, Thursday.
The company plans to operate on Tuesday 60% of its TGV Inoui and Ouigo, a quarter of its Intercités -but not night trains- and half of its TERs. Traffic will be “almost normal” for Eurostar and Thalys, according to a press release.
Disruptions in Ile-de-France
In Ile-de-France, traffic will be quite disrupted, with 1 train of 3 on RER C, 2 trains of 5 on RER D and 1 train of 2 on the SNCF part of RER A and B – the RATP planning 3 5 trains next to it, and maintaining the interconnections – as well as the K and N lines.
The situation will be better on the RER E and line R with 3 trains out of the 5 announced, and on lines H, J, L, P and U with 2 trains out of 3.
