The Soleis Vision group began to put down roots in 2018 when two partners, Patrick Dubois and Alexandre Vigouroux, decided to jointly buy the Charente-based company La Vénitienne, which manufactures and markets interior blinds and fly screens. The adventure continues two years later with the acquisition of Techniven and more recently, in 2022, that of Matussière Toiles, aimed at outdoor sun protection. Three companies that today make up the Soleis Vision group, which has thus become an important player in the manufacture and sale of equipment related to sun protection. “Our goal is to be able to offer a complete range and cover the entire professional market” Patrick Dubois abounds. Thus, Soleis Vision, through its three companies, addresses different markets: craftsmen, carpenters, but also installers, installers or even professional blinds.
100% French manufacturing
“We have three structures on a human scale, which allows us to be very close to our clients and provide real flexibility” adds Patrick Dubois. In fact, the Soleis Vision group has a real sales force on the ground that greatly contributes to being close to customers and facilitating adaptation to their demand.
A proximity that is found even at the manufacturing level where 100% of the range is produced in France, within the group’s factories. “We are very committed to the local manufacture of our products”. The La Vénitienne company received the Origine France Garantie label in 2018.
Firmly consolidated in the professional sun protection market, Soleis Vision wants to continue its development and external growth to integrate new companies and further expand its market. The group also aims to expand its product range and offer other sun protection equipment in accordance with market developments.
