In a press release, the furniture chain announces a price drop on almost 140 pieces of furniture from its current collection around the world. A measure that comes after a first reduction applied in autumn on 60 references.
“If we operate this price reduction, it is to allow our customers to have fun and make their home and all their rooms -from the bedroom to the living room- unique, warm and durable, thanks to a selection of accessible products. trend”, says François-Melchior de Polignac, Managing Director of Maisons du Monde.
Price drop of 8% on average
The brand claims to have targeted price reductions on “the most expensive objects for home design.” Thus, among the 140 selected references, the client will be able to find sofas, seats such as chairs, armchairs or heaters, but also dining tables as well as buffets and chests of drawers”.
According to François-Melchior de Polignac, the price drop averages 8%. “Nous avons voluntairement fait le choix de repositionner les prix sur du mobilier, car les furniture nécessitent pour les consommateurs des investissements conséquents par rapport à d’autres pièces décoratives ou d’aménagement.
