Cyril Chabanier: “It is unlikely” that the inter-union will meet with Emmanuel Macron on Tuesday

For Cyril Chabanier, president of the CFTC interviewed in BFM Business, it is not about coming to meet with the President of the Republic to talk about something other than pension reform.

“It’s not nice”. For Cyril Chabanier, president of the CFTC interviewed in BFM Business, the inter-union will probably not attend the meeting that the President of the Republic will give on Tuesday, while the law will be promulgated on Monday.

“We still have to talk to each other a bit, but there is very little chance that we will go there. It is not appropriate to go on Tuesday, because the fight for pensions continues.”

“We asked to be received more than a month ago and we obtained an end of non-receipt. This decision is legal and not on the merits of the file that continues to be unfair.

“If you put this retirement reform on hold, obviously we’ll leave. But if it’s to talk about other issues, there’s no question.”
