It will therefore be a duel for the Medef presidency. Of the three candidates who have amassed enough endorsements to compete in the future “boss of bosses” election, only two remain. Pierre Brajeux, vice president of the French Security Federation, withdrew his candidacy and joined Dominique Carlac’h, vice president and spokesman for Medef, the latter announced Wednesday.
Dominique Carlac’h is therefore the only opponent of Patrick Martin, number 2 of the employers and candidate for continuity after the mandate of Geoffroy Roux de Bézieux. According to information from BFM Business, Patrick Martin had collected around 460 sponsorships, against around 345 for Dominique Carlac’h.
