Direct debit has been around since the 1980s and has been subject to approval by prefectures since the 2000s. Then the digital transformation hit our industry, bringing in new players. Kandbaz was born at that moment, bringing together a dozen small independent players and digitizing their activities, keeping human relationships at the core of our services. For about two years, new players have been arriving attracted by the dynamism of the market.
How does this evolution translate into the creation of new services, in particular your partnership with October?
We have nearly 20% growth each year in customer acquisition, with over 4,000 new customers per year. This dynamic has forced us to readjust our services, through two levers: training with our teams and the establishment of a digital platform that our clients can access independently.
They can also access our new service, in partnership with October: we offer companies financing options based on their economic performance, in a simple and fast digital model. We already have a partner for the identification of economic aid from which business creators can benefit. But our age means that a good part of our clients go beyond 2 to 5 years, which gives them access to another type of financing. These are the companies that October favors.
