Les actionnaires de Société Générale on Tuesday approved the nomination of Slawomir Krupa in qualité d’administrateur by the Assemblée Générale on Tuesday before 99%, awarded the voie à sa désignation dans la foulée comme nouveau directeur général par le conseil d’administration de the bank.
Slawomir Krupa, 48, a pure product of Societe Generale and since 2021 deputy general manager in charge of financing activities, will replace Frédéric Oudéa, in this position since 2008.
