After 15 years at the helm of Société Générale, Frédéric Oudéa hands over his position on Tuesday to Slawomir Krupa. Until now in charge of corporate and investment banking, he has proven his worth over 27 years in “SoGé”.
Les actionnaires de Société Générale on Tuesday approved the nomination of Slawomir Krupa in qualité d’administrateur by the Assemblée Générale on Tuesday before 99%, awarded the voie à sa désignation dans la foulée comme nouveau directeur général par le conseil d’administration de the bank.
Slawomir Krupa, 48, a pure product of Societe Generale and since 2021 deputy general manager in charge of financing activities, will replace Frédéric Oudéa, in this position since 2008.
