the end of Doctor Strange in the multiverse of madness This didn’t bode well for Scarlet Witch, to put it mildly. Wanda Maximoff has embarked on a deep and dark path in an attempt to save her children, which have caused severe damage to the multiverse. Her future is unknown, but in the Multiverse anything is possible and the actress behind Scarlet Witch has thought of it.
Wanda ended up being the big villain of the strange doctor continuation. After attempting to destroy Doctor Strange in an attempt to be with his children, he realized his fault and destroyed Darkhold. She fell with the book and apparently died, however, anything can happen in the Multiverse. Elizabeth Olsen opened her thoughts on the possibility of acquiring Wanda Variety .
Hopefully, Wanda is heading for some sort of redemption. I think she was on that road. I think none of these characters really disappeared. Especially when you bring the Multiverse to multiply all of our bodies and other different universes. One thing that has taught me to play Wanda for many years is how many things and opportunities you can do with a character. It somehow breaks a sense of limitation when you can be with a character for so long and still change the narrative of how that character is used to tell the story.
when 24 News Bulletin interviewed Olsen regarding the film, she explained that she wasn’t sure what the next step would be for her character. She also explained how she was “confused” by the choice of making Scarlet Witch the antagonist from strange doctor continuation. I admit I’ve been on a similar boat. The decision was confusing for me too and I’m really curious to see where Wanda will go next.
As Dr. Strang once said, the Multiverse is something we know “woefully little” about and with that, anything is possible. Olsen herself said she would be great to see the X-Men in the MCU , and that she wants to be there when it happens. With the word “mutant” now in the MCU vocabulary after the end of Mrs. Wonder and Professor X appearing multiverse of madness, I think seeing Scarlet Witch with the X-Men is not an unrealistic question. In any case, I think it will probably happen.
It might also be interesting to see new variants of Wanda in the multiverse. With Scarlet Witch, we realized that, currently under a lot of rubble, it looks like if we were to review Wanda, she could be in a variant form. However, I hope we will see the Wanda we know and love so that she has a chance to redeem herself.
There are a lot of times and plans to make this arc of redemption work. With MCU Phases 4, 5 and 6 expected, it will be interesting to see if Wanda will appear in any of them, or if she has her own show or movie later. While we may not see Wanda in an upcoming project at any time, you can review her story arc from hero to villain.
