Now, about a week later, the three remaining Try Guys – Zach Kornfeld, Keith Habersberger, and Eugene Lee Yang – have released a video that provides more context on what happened and how their business would go from there.
Officer try guys a statement on Instagram last week explaining that Fulmer would no longer work there and Ned posted a conformation saying they have a “consensual employment relationship”. They went on to explain that over the Labor Day weekend, the three boys were advised by fans that Ned had been seen with another employee. Habersberger explained that Ned confirmed that these rumors were true and that the relationship lasted for some time. The guys noticed that they had no idea what had happened and were shocked by the news. Lee Yang explained that upon hearing the news, she quickly initiated a review.
Thus began a three-week engagement process with labor lawyers, corporate lawyers, human resources, public relations, etc., to ensure that we take all necessary steps. From the beginning we were very aware of how much this was contrary to the values of the company we have built and to those of everyone who works here.
Both Ned and Ariel had played important roles in the chain. Additionally, Ned’s marriage was a big part of his online character. The trio also explained how they will proceed for the rest of the year.
