Italian-American director Martin Scorsese expressed his support for the victims of the violent earthquake that hit Morocco on the night of September 8-9. In a video posted on Instagram, the famous filmmaker, whose new film Flower Moon Killers who will be released on October 18, said he was “disturbed and saddened” by this disaster.
“The damage, the destruction of so many homes and above all the loss of so many lives… […] To the Moroccan people, I cry for you and pray for your recovery and that of your nation,” he said.
Accustomed to Morocco
