station 19 he seems to enjoy throwing his firefighters into the deepest abysses of despair only to see them try to get out. We saw it in season 5, with Andy Herrera arrested for murder after you he defended himself from sexual violence , and we see it again this season, as Maya Bishop, Jack Gibson and Sean Beckett continue to go round and round, despite Andy’s best efforts to join the firehouse. However, it appears that the darkness is over for Andy, as Jaina Lee Ortiz has revealed that the romance will find his character in season six, even amidst all the tragedy.
Andy certainly showed more leadership on Seattle Station 19 than most of his counterparts, and while Jaina Lee Ortiz said TV Guide his character could be brought back to the role of captain, it looks like Andy will have a sexy moment too. Ortiz said:
I don’t know if it’s a recurring love or a new love, but I’m telling you, she’s in an unexpected love triangle.
The actress has no idea who her character is in this triangle. Despite Andy’s history with Jack (Gray Damon), they’re unlikely to be in the same place right now, from a stability standpoint, and the same goes for Beckett (Josh Randall). However, she got along very well with Sullivan (Boris Kodjoe). Jaina Lee Ortiz said Andy appreciates the easy bond she and her ex-husband have formed, so “he’s not jumping too fast to get back together romantically.” (Although it doesn’t seem like a denial to me!)
It seems dark times are here to stay for his friends, at least for a while, because Jack continues to falter harsh truths learned of his biological family and Maya (Danielle Savre) suffers the consequences, both in her personal and professional life, for attempting to blackmail Fire Chief Natasha Ross (new regular series Merle Dandridge ) to make her captain again. Maya made a rather devilish move by sabotaging Beckett’s sobriety, and Jaina Lee Ortiz confirmed that these guys will get away with it, saying:
Jack is in a very difficult situation. Captain Beckett slips back into his addiction … We haven’t really delved into his alcoholism and I think we’re going to explore it this season. Everyone is in a bit of a dark place, and Andy has peaked in dark places. It’s time to help out and take care of your people.
While parts of the October 20 episode “Dancing With Their Hands Tied” looked like Jack and Maya might be ready to step into their depths of despair, this may have been wishful thinking on my part, because Andy’s actress gave a rather bleak prognosis. . . In her words:
Jack is a real mess right now. There’s hope in the house, but he’s not looking good, man. And if you think he’s dark with Jack, he waits to feel the darkness Maya falls into.
I can’t say it’s the omen that viewers want to hear, in particular Fans of the “Navy” waiting impatiently station 19 a reveal if Carina is pregnant . Whatever happens looks like a juicy drama, so watch the next episode on ABC at 8 p.m. ET on Thursday, Oct. 27 and watch ours TV program 2022 to see what else comes.
