The second round of qualifiers for Eurovision 2024 will take place this Thursday, May 9. Starting at 9 p.m., 16 of the participating countries will compete on the stage of the Malmö Arena, in Malmö (Sweden), the second semifinal of this 68th edition. Ten of them will earn their place in the final at the end of this afternoon.
Ten countries already qualified on Tuesday, May 7, during the first semifinal. The outcome of the semi-finals is determined solely by viewer voting. Only on the night of the final does a jury made up of experts from each participating country come into play, representing 50% of the points awarded by each country.
