According to prosecutors, he allegedly set up a sex trafficking system, forcing his victims to have sex with sex workers, scenes he recorded on video. More than one hundred victims have been identified.

A Manhattan federal court judge set the start of the criminal trial against the rapper on Thursday for May 5, 2025, who remains detained for the moment.
