Announced in 2018, the remake project of lilo and stitch revealed its first images on Monday. A short teaser posted by Disney on YouTube shows the alien Stitch destroying sandcastles on a beach.

The live-action remake is directed by Dean Fleischer Camp (Marcel, the Shell (with her shoes)nominated for an Oscar) and produced by Dan Lin and Jonathan Eirich, already behind the remake ofaladdin by Guy Ritchie.
Chris Sanders, who co-directed the 2002 film and voiced the monster, returns to play Stitch. Zach Galifianakis, the star of Very bad triphe lends his traits to Jumba, Stitch’s creator.
