Although he’s barely featured in the novel, the villain is portrayed as a charming Dracula type, but director Tobe Hooper opted for a Nosferatu-style version in the 1979 film.

The cast and crew certainly have a big task ahead of them, and one can only hope they can come up with something that fans and viewers in general will enjoy.
